# OraNova

> OraNova is een modulair business operating- en integratieplatform voor het MKB en enterprise. Het koppelt aan bestaande ICT (CRM, boekhouding, HR-software, monitoring) en voegt overzicht, inzicht en automatisering toe — zonder dat bestaande software vervangen hoeft te worden. Vervangen is een optie, nooit een eis.

## Wat OraNova is
- Een platform met 30 zelfstandig koopbare modules, verdeeld over governance & compliance, finance & operations, HR, legal, sales & marketing, security & IT, strategie & bestuur, en AI-agents.
- Alle modules delen één Core-datamodel (Organization, People, Assets, Vendors, Processes, Risks, Controls, Evidence), zodat data maar één keer wordt vastgelegd.
- Er is geen verplichte kernmodule. Geldige starts: alleen SalesNova, alleen HRNova, alleen GovNova, of een combinatie.
- GovNova is de governance- en NIS2-compliancemodule van OraNova — één module, niet het hele platform.
- Modules bevatten AI-agents (self-hosted Ollama in het standaardpad) die taken overnemen: bewijs matchen, brieven schrijven, content genereren, SPOF’s signaleren, enz.

## OraNova en SecNova
OraNova is ontwikkeld door het team achter SecNova (https://secnova.nl). OraNova is het softwareplatform: modules, Core-datamodel, koppelingen met bestaande ICT. SecNova bouwt AI-agents en automatisering die daarbovenop draaien, en levert Fractional CISO, NIS2-/ISO 27001-begeleiding, governance, risk assessments en incident response.

## Niet aannemen
